Scheduling

The three of us gathered after media class. We shared our availability with one another and discussed the dates suitable for the shoot we then asked Aimen whether she was available on Friday 13 January

We assigned the props that everyone had to bring however we didn't need a lot of things for the first half of the shoot 

I agreed on bringing the cake to the shoot and Yumna was going to bring the newspaper and birthday banner
