Media Ecology

Today we started the concept of media ecology in class 

Marshall McLuhan was the one that introduced this concept in 1960's. He wrote a book which explained his views regarding the concept, titled "THE MEDIUM IS THE MESSAGE" 

There was a blunder while publishing the book and instead of writing "message" the book was printed as "The medium is a *MASSAGE*" 
However instead of correcting the title McLuhan went with a different approach and named it 
"THE MEDIUM IS THE MASS-AGE"

After discussing this in class we watched his interview where he discussed his theory
