In-camera transitions

Today we learned how in-camera transitions and effects can be used in our music videos, as we are already well aware of the transitions that can be applied during editing however the transitions that we worked on today were supposed to be planned and executed on spot hence we had to shoot a clip that consisted of at least 3 of these transitions.
This was a task that we had to complete with in 50 minutes therefore the shooting was rushed and the video was quite short 

I was handling the camera and shooting for this video, I learned how much head space should be given to the person and focused on central composition while shooting however I would focus more on the headspace the next time I shoot.
